This Privacy Policy explains how the Low Carbon Liquid Fuels Knowledge Hub (“the Hub”), operated by Queensland University of Technology (QUT), collects and handles personal information when you use this website.

What we collect

The Hub collects limited information: anonymised usage analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type); information you choose to provide through the contact form (name, email address, message); and questions submitted through the Ask the Hub feature, which are stored to improve the Hub’s content.

How we use it

Information is used to operate and improve the Hub, respond to enquiries, and understand how the site is used. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Storage and third parties

The Hub is hosted on commercial infrastructure located outside Australia. Analytics and hosting providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy safeguards. QUT’s handling of personal information is governed by the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld) and QUT’s privacy framework.

Your choices

You can browse the Hub without providing personal information. You may request access to, or correction or deletion of, personal information you have provided by contacting us.
